Aurora Online is a full-service website hosting package. Your site is registered through, hosted by and updated with Aurora Web Services. The reason the costs are so reasonable is because it is a package deal. I can build you a new website or you can apply Aurora Online to a site you already have.

Your domain name

A domain name is the address of your website, where internet browsers can find you on the web,
e.g. www.mywebsite.com. The domain name is one of a kind and requires registration to make it your own. The domain must be renewed and paid for on a regular basis with the registrar.
If you already have a domain and you would like it transferred to take advantage of Aurora Online's package prices, I can do that for you.

Hosting of Your Website

Web hosting is the service that allows your website to be seen by others. Think of the internet as a big parking lot with spaces for websites instead of cars. A web hosting service allows you to park in a space for a fee, so others can see your site while 'browsing' through the lot.

I will set up your website with an e-mail box for:
1-5 pages at $96.00 per year ($8.00/month)
6 to 30 pages at $144.00 per year ($12.00/month)
31 to 50 pages at $180.00 per year ($15.00/month)

Website hosting only
I will set up your website with an e-mail box with up to 50 pages for $300.00 per year ($25.00/month)

Hosting is paid for in advance on a yearly basis and is non-refundable. If your site is very large please call.

Updating Your Website
|
Updates are additions or changes to the website. You may need to update text, change photos or add new material to you website. Depending on the nature of your site, it may not need updating or it may need constant updating. The price will depend on your needs.

With Aurora Online
Updating is done at $25.00 per hour. If you know you will have updates throughout the year you might consider one of the update packages listed below.

Updating work only
Updating is done at $35.00 per hour. Optional update packages are only available to Aurora Online, full-service clients.

Going with an update package is the most economical way to keep your website updated. The fact that I do not need to invoice for each session and keep a customer receivable saves me time and money which I pass on to the customer. There is also a quantity discount built into all of the packages; the more updating hours, the lesser the charge per hour.
Note - Photo updates will be translated to hours and deducted as such.
Updating packages are paid for in advance on a yearly basis and are non-refundable.
